Baking is my happy place (with my first love being cupcakes) and I am blessed to be able to share my gift of baking with others. Luckily baking also makes others happy and is used in all celebration milestones. Being able to provide baked goods to others for special events is a symbiotic relationship that I am privileged to be a part of. I love learning and modifying recipes to create my own special versions with personally selected flavour combinations that have people wanting more…hence ‘The Modified Bakery’ (TMB)!
Here at the TMB, we want to be your go-to destination for mouth watering baked goods, not only for your important events but also your everyday treats. To ensure this, we use the finest ingredients such as free range eggs in all products, Belgian chocolate for our brownies, French butter for our buttercream to name a few, to ensure that it's love at first bite that will leave you craving for more.
