Please note that we are a collection only business located in the IG3 (Ilford Area) so consider this before placing your order. For any questions, please refer to our FAQs or alternatively, you can get in touch via email.

Important Allergen & Food Colouring Information: Please be aware that ALL products contain GLUTEN, EGGS & MILK in their ingredients, along with the addition of SOYA, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS in certain products from chocolates, spreads and fillings. Although other allergens are not present in our products, we cannot guarantee no traces of ALL allergens as we work from a home kitchen. Our products also use colourings and sprinkles that contain the following E-numbers [(tartrazine (E102) quinoline yellow (E104) sunset yellow FCF (E110) carmoisine (E122) ponceau 4R (E124) allura red (E129)] that may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Next Steps After Submitting Your Enquiry

1) All enquiries will be responded to within 3 working days and a quote (including terms & conditions) will be provided to you (quotes are valid for 48 hours).

2) Once the final order details are confirmed, an invoice (including terms and conditions) will be sent to you with a breakdown of your order (invoices are valid for 3 working days) and payment is due as follows:

  • For orders £30 or less: full payment up front is required.

  • For orders more than £30, a 35% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance of your order will need to be paid 10 calendar days before the event/collection date.

3) Once your payment is received to secure your date, we will begin to prep/source items for your order. Due to this, amendments cannot be made within 7 days of the collection date (full details in the terms and conditions).

4) Once the final payment is received, collection date instructions and aftercare information will be shared with you (collection is from the Ilford area - IG3). Collection slots are normally available on the following days (your collection slot will be confirmed at the time of booking):

• Mondays: 12 – 2 pm, 5 – 6 pm

• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5 – 6 pm

• Saturdays: 12 -4 pm

• Sundays: CLOSED for collection
